Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value and no hidden fees.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after [CUT-OFF TIME, e.g. 14:00] UK time, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed from the next business day.

Transit time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 3–12 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total delivery time

In total, you will receive your order within 4–14 business days of placing it.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. You can also follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

Delivery issues

Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, contact us with your order number and we will look into it straight away.
